Awesome! If you haven't already, you can book a class on the app or by visiting www.r3fuel.com/book-class. You will need to arrive 30 minutes early so that we can have you fill out a waiver + visitor form. Don't forget to bring some water, and ENERGY to leave your mark!

Yes! But heads up, our workouts are intense. Before entering the cube, you'll have to affirm that you will leave your mark, and our trainers will hold you accountable to do so. We recommend taking a look at our classes to find one that works best for you.

The zone inside the cube is cardio + HIIT focused. Outside of the cube is strength, agility + speed training. By working in zones we're able to get A LOT done in a short amount of time.

For our month-to-month memberships, there is no need to freeze your membership. You'll simply let us know that you'd like to cancel. If you are in a long term contract, and need to freeze, please email contact@r3fuel.com.
