How is R3FUEL handling COVID-19?We are dedicated and go above and beyond to keep our members safe at all times, and are following CDC guidelines. Our classes are intentionally capped out at 24 members to ensure that we are practicing social distancing. In addition, the gym is cleaned between classes + hand sanitizer/wipes will be provided at all times.

I just got a free class! What should I do now?Awesome! If you haven't already, you can book a class on the app or by visiting www.r3fuel.com/book-class. You will need to arrive 30 minutes early so that we can have you fill out a waiver + visitor form. Don't forget to bring some water, and ENERGY to leave your mark!

I haven't worked out in a while...can I still participate?Yes! But heads up, our workouts are intense. Before entering the cube, you'll have to affirm that you will leave your mark, and our trainers will hold you accountable to do so. We recommend taking a look at our classes to find one that works best for you.

What does "zone" mean in + out of the cube?"The zone inside the cube is cardio + HIIT focused. Outside of the cube is strength, agility + speed training. By working in zones we're able to get A LOT done in a short amount of time.

What do I need for class?ENERGY! Proper training attire + shoes, and any injury preventitive equipment you may have,

Can I freeze my membership?For our month-to-month memberships, there is no need to freeze your membership. You'll simply let us know that you'd like to cancel. If you are in a long term contract, and need to freeze, please email contact@r3fuel.com.

What time should I get to class?Please arrive 15 minutes before class begins.
