High Intensity Interval R3FUEL Training is our signature class that includes a series of full-body compound exercises incorporating cardio, functional movement, and weight training.

HIIRT

This class incorporates cardio and plyometric training including jumping, change of direction movements, speed, and agility.  Activities combine slow & fast paced exercises to activate twitch muscles and reduce muscle reaction time.

AVAILABLE CLASSES

Torch fat and increase muscle mass with this total body workout designed to increase muscle strength, power, and speed.

60 minute session

STRENGTH + CONDITIONING

This strength training class consists of compound movements that targets the full body for short periods of time.  This workout usually includes lower repetition with heavier weight

R3FUEL BURN is a high energy class built around high intensity exercises and NO BREAKS.  We focus on the burn using low weights and explosive movements.
