Over the course of the 6 weeks, we will be working together with the goal of getting you more confident with executing the movements while simultaneously building your strength and toning up your body. The weeks do get more advanced as we progress through, I want you to challenge yourself with the weight, so we can achieve your goals together. Included will be video demonstrations of every exercise, you will also have free access to my upper body as well as my lower body mobility warmup. Feel free to perform these before or after the scheduled workout. You will also have access to a nutrition plan to be sure we are fueling your body with the right foods to support all the effort we will be putting in together. Equipment you'll need: Dumbbells (10 lb, 15 lb, 25 lb), 25 lb plate, 10 lb plate, small box or bench, mat
